 Q.Where is the warehouse?

A.We have 5 different warehouse worldwide, products will be shipped from according to where you live. Warehouse are at the following countries; United states, United kingdom, Spain, Australia and Germany. All shipping times can take anywhere from 7-21 business days!

 Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. Standard shipping will usually take 7- 21 business days for orders to arrive.
Shipping times vary based on demand and shipping location. Shipping is free. 

Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

A. It usually takes between 2-3 business days.

Q. Where can I place an order from?

A. You can place an order from any country, we ship Worldwide.

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, you will receive an order confirmation email with order number immediately after placing your order.
Please contact us if you don't receive one within 24 hours.

A. You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure. 

Q. If I enter my email address will you sell my information?

A. We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts. 

Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?

A. You will not have to pay customs. 

 

Q. Returns and exchanges?

Our  products are built with high quality material with perfection. If in any case the product is damaged or not functioning properly we will gladly be able to exchange or refund it within 14 days of receiving the product. Unfortunately for most our product since its a hygiene product it will be final sale.
